ROOFING & CLADDING SHEET



Roofing sheets are metal roofing system made up of Corrugated metal sheets. Corrugation gives strength to the sheets and several different types of coatings are used on metal that makes it anti-rust, waterproof, protection against extreme climatic conditions. When we are talking about roofing or cladding sheets there are basically of three types of sheets:

1. Galvalume Steel (or PPGL):
We are offering our clients with roofing solutions by making use of galvalume steel. Galvalume steel is zinc aluminum steel that has alloy coating of 55% aluminum, 43% zinc and 1. 5% silicon. This steel offers high corrosion resistance and protection against varied atmospheric conditions. The galvalume steel roofing sheets that we use is of varied tensile strengths of 300, 345 and 550 mpa, and is provided with coating class of az-150 as per as: 1397.

2. Galvanized Steel (or PPGI):
Our capabilities allow us in undertaking and executing galvanized steel roofing sheets by using galvanized steel of optimum quality. The Galvanized Steel that we use is mild steel coated with galvanized zinc coating of minimum mass 120 grams/ square meter as per the standards of IS 277. Available in the minimum tensile strength of 240 MPA, this galvanized steel is the ideal material for roofing solutions.

3. Bare Galvalume:
Bare galvalume is produced in a wide range by our company. This product is made of excellent quality materials which ensure that it is safe for use by the clients and is very reliable. The material being used is dimensionally accurate. Thus, the roofing or cladding sheets are available in a diverse range of the specifications. They can also be custom ordered as per the specifications of the customers. Sheets can be cut into any sizes and colors as per customer’s requirement.
